Enjoy the highest standards of comfort in our recently refurbished Victorian Guest house in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath. All of the five bedrooms are individually furnished, retaining many original features, and each has TV/video, tea and coffee facilities, white fluffy towels and free broadband internet access - it'll feel like a home from home.

Bay Tree House is centrally situated, a 5 minute walk to the new Thermae Bath Spa which is now open. We are a pleasant 15 minute walk from the train and bus stations. If you're driving, we have two private parking spaces and we're also able to offer free on street parking

The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, The Assembly Rooms, The Theatre Royal, The Circus, Royal Victoria Park and the main shopping areas are all within easy reach. We are also a convenient base for surrounding places of interest such as Stonehenge, Bradford on Avon, Cheddar, Wells and Longleat.
